Last night, Bragg ran to Judge Beth Robinson, a new activist Biden judge on the Second Circuit (and former Hillary Clinton delegate to the DNC).

And Judge Robinson (somehow) ordered the House Judiciary Committee to delay the staff deposition of Mark Pomerantz, Bragg's former employee who wrote a tell-all book of his grievances.

All this means is Bragg is going to get a very bad appellate ruling.

Either by the Second Circuit, if they do their job.

Or the Supreme Court.

There is no question the House has oversight power over the federal purse and presidential election laws.
